Actor Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin joins New Edubiase to pursue career in football



Award-winning actor, Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lilwin has signed a contract with Ghanaian club New Edubiase United as he seeks to pursue a career in football.

For most parts of the last decade, the actor has entertained Ghanaians in various movies and comedy skits to become a household name in the country.

Occasionally, he has also either released or featured in songs, underlining the fact that he is multi-talented.

On Friday, October 15, 2021, Lilwin signed a two-year contract with Ghanaian club New Edubiase United.

At his unveiling, the President of the club, Abdul Salam Yakubu disclosed that not only will he be playing an ambassadorial role but he will also be part of the playing body.

According to Lilwin, he has always dreamt of playing football and is looking forward to the new challenge.

He will be expected to showcase his quality to try and help New Edubiase United to secure promotion from the National Division One League to the Ghana Premier League.
