Asante Kotoko arrived in Algeria on Saturday afternoon ahead of their CAF Confederations Cup clash against ES Setif as they eye conjuring magic to progress to the group stage of the competition.
A week ago, the Ghanaian giants hosted the side from Algeria at the Accra Sports Stadium in the first leg of the final play-off round to the group phase of this season’s continental showpiece.
Although the Porcupine Warriors had a good game in most parts of the match, they suffered a 2-1 defeat at the hands of ES Setif at the end of the 90 minutes.
Booming with confidence, Asante Kotoko has now travelled to Algeria where they are scheduled to play as a guest to the opponent in the reverse fixture on Sunday afternoon.
The club traveled with a contingent made up of 20 players including three defenders, eight midfielders, five midfielders, and four attackers.
