    Court

With the opening of numerous sophisticated, well-equipped, well-furnished judges’ flats District Court across the country by the immediate past Chief Justice, Justice Anim Yeboah, the premises of the High Court in Agona Swedru is nothing to write home about, despite its status, as litigants and members of the public who visit the Court are made to sit on benches under trees outside the courtroom to wait for their cases to be called, because of lack of space.

The irony of the problem is that some of the people have to loiter around because of lack of space on the benches, with some standing under the scorching sun, not to talk about the moment of rainfall.
