Mr Mupita gave the assurance during a working visit to Ghana on Monday, October 26, 2026, as MTN Ghana celebrates 30 years of operations in the country.
As part of the visit, he met with senior government officials and financial sector leaders to discuss how MTN could support Ghana’s digital transformation through increased investment in broadband, fibre networks, 5G technology and financial services.
He described Ghana as an important market for MTN Group, stressing that the company remains confident in the country’s economic prospects and long-term growth.
“Ghana remains a material operation for the Group, and our confidence in the country’s long-term prospects is unchanged.
